  • 32 ounces (1 bag) frozen diced potatoes
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces (1 package) light cream cheese
  • 32 ounces (1 carton) chicken broth
  • 10 ounces (1 can) cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste
